Lighting and electronics specialist, HELLA, has announced that it has made its HELLA TECH WORLD website free to access without any registration. The website was launched in 2012 as a requested service and features a wealth of useful technical information, including; step-by-step guides, checklists and tips, to help ensure a trouble-free repair.

"As ‘the workshop’s friend’, we would like to support our customers along the entire repair process so that they can work faster and more profitably. Therefore, we see it as only logical to improve and indeed increase access to our information," explains Helen Goldingay, senior head of marketing and communications.

As part of the development, HELLA TECH WORLD has been optimised for mobile phone compatibility, which includes a new user-friendly interface that allows users to find information faster and easier. Consequently, technicians can access the comprehensive range of information anywhere, any time.

Since its introduction, HELLA TECH WORLD has published more than 1,500 vehicle-specific diagnostic bulletins and repair tips. It has proved itself to be an invaluable source of technical information, assembly instructions and videos, highlighting HELLA’s expertise in lighting, electronics, electrics and thermal management.

HELLA TECH WORLD also runs a series of online training courses and uploads important news for technicians. A variety of sales support materials are also available on the site.
