Bodyshop equipment specialists Car-O-Liner have announced the introduction of the CMI3000II 400V, an intelligent and versatile MIG/MAG machine for sheet metal welding and MIG brazing.

The CMI3000II offers many new features including a digital memory, which allows for saving of up to 200 individual welding jobs and easy recall of favourite settings via SD card to or from a PC, plus transfer of machine software and latest features by SD card with free download.

The unit is designed to meet future demands for materials and gas combination and has large, user-friendly controls, which allow technicians to focus on welding. It is also environmentally friendly, utilising new welding technology and low-energy components.

The digital intelligence in the Car-O-Liner CMI3000II, 400V makes it easy to find the program relevant to the individual car make, be it MIG brazing in high-tensile steels or welding in ferritic stainless steels. The program packages are designed for leading car makes, even those in hardenable aluminium.
