Spray Gun experts SATA have introduced a new, space saving dispenser system for its SATA RPS (Rapid Preparation System) disposable cups.

The system can dispense cups in sizes of 0.3l, 0.6l and 0.9 l and is available in several options. The basic SATA RPS wall dispenser system consists of six tubes for the safe storage of cups, lids and sieves relating to two different cup sizes. With just three extra tubes contained in the SATA RPS extension kit, a third cup size can be added.

Rotating spindles are available as accessories. These spindles can be optionally mounted to the wall, a workbench or directly on to the floor, using a suitable adapter kit.

SATA say the RPS disposable cup system is enjoying increasing popularity among bodyshops because of it time and space saving convenience. The cups attach directly on to all modern SATA spray guns without the need for an adapter, keeping the system extremely light and easy to handle. The spray guns remain easy to clean, as there are no undercuts in their material passages where paint residues could settle. The ventilation valve in the bottom of the cup ensures constant flow, thus providing an even material delivery during the entire painting process up to the very last droplet. This allows efficient paint application achieving a first class finish.
