America’s largest glass cleaning company and car care specialist, Invisible Glass, has released a brand new wiper blade range, bringing a completely new high-endurance wiper blade technology to the market.

Invisible Glass Ceramic Silicone beam blades are built with a premium silicone rubber element, more resistant to extremes of heat than traditional rubber blades. Silicone rubber resists warping under high temperatures and remains flexible in extreme cold temperatures to avoid cracking. The silicone rubber element also deposits a rain repellent coating on the windshield, resulting in water simply beading up and running off the screen to further improve vision and safety.

The team behind the design of the Invisible Glass wipers have also gone a stage further, applying an exclusive Cerashell ceramic compound coating to the blade edge. This ceramic coating helps to protect against UV and ozone degradation, one of the biggest causes of premature wear to wiper blades, particularly during the summer months. This combination of premium element with exclusive coating results in a blade that has been proven to last up to 4 times longer than industry standard wiper blades, with independent durability testing putting the blades through their paces to more than two million wipe cycles.

Coming as a single blade in each pack, the range comprises of 10 references covering almost every wiper arm type on the road, resulting in the range being suitable for more than 95% of vehicles in the car parc.

The new wipers are distributed by JRP Distribution, the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for Invisible Glass chemical products and those of its parent company, Stoner Car Care.  Ollie Page, Managing Director of JRP Distribution commented, “We know that Ireland is one of the wettest countries in Europe, so it couldn’t be a better country to launch this new range of premium wiper blades.”

Ollie adds, “The Invisible Glass wiper blades are going to be a game changer, as there is nothing else like them available. They’re a premium product aimed at the driver who wants the very best in performance and safety for their car, themselves and their passengers. We know in particular that they’ll be popular with car care and detailing enthusiasts who will already know of the protective benefits of ceramic from polishing and cleaning products. Initial feedback from retailers has also been really positive, bringing something innovative and different to the space that can give them higher value, profitable upsell opportunities.”
