Eamonn Lennon from David Buggy Motors, Kilkenny, has been selected to represent Ireland at the Kia Service Advisor Skills World Cup Final. This is a biennial event which this year will culminate with the World Skills Cup Final in Seoul, between 15th and 19th May 2017.


The world final is contested by 60 participants representing 45 markets from around the world. Eamonn was selected after he took first place in the Kia Ireland National Skills Cup Final at the Kia Ireland head office in February.

The national final consisted of a written exam and practical tests which assessed the participant’s proficiency in all areas of Kia service with particular emphasis on customer care. All participants scored strongly but it was Eamonn’s years as an experienced Kia Service Advisor that helped him secure the top honour.
