Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG has added another 10 items to its MEYLE-HD range of VW control arms so that it now covers the complete small and mid-size model range of the VW Group's brands, Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW.

The growth in this product range will enable workshops to expand their customer base by offering HD quality repairs for an ever-increasing range of applications. The parts feature a new design and optimised rubber compound engineered to outlive OE parts by far. This is reflected in the fact that the Hamburg-based manufacturer gives a four-year warranty on all its Volkswagen control arms.

Rubber mounts must be highly resilient to effectively neutralise vibration during operation. At the same time they must provide the stiffness required to withstand load peaks such as occur when accelerating, braking or cornering and stabilise the control arm and the vehicle. The design of the latest-generation MEYLE-HD bushing has been significantly reinforced and geared to the high loads occurring during operation. The newly formulated rubber compound ensures long service life and good road holding under any operating condition.

Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG now offers control arm assemblies with the quality-enhanced HD bushing for the VW Group's entire fleet of small and medium-size models and small SUV's. The brackets and bushings are also available separately. In addition, the MEYLE range also features full-service repair kits including the required mounting hardware.
