Oil and additive specialist, Motul, has always been focussed on supporting workshops with a complete range of lubricant and fluid solutions. The company is constantly innovating with new concepts and the latest example of this is its BioClean system, an environmentally-friendly, solvent free parts cleaning solution for workshops that works with warm micro-organism cleaning fluid. The company has also introduced Motul Inject, an additive system that allows technicians to work on other tasks while the fluids are being installed. 


Motul is a specialist in the formulation, production and distribution of high-tech lubricants for all types of vehicles, as well as for industry via its MotulTech activity. Throughout the years, Motul has gained experience as OE supplier to many manufacturers and motorsport constructors, contributing with them to further technological development. Motul is the first lubricant company to have become an Original Equipment Suppliers Aftermarket Association member.

Recognised for over 165 years for the quality of its products, innovation capacity and involvement in competition, Motul is also seen as the specialist in synthetic lubricants. In 1971, Motul was the first lubricant manufacturer to pioneer the formulation of a 100% synthetic lubricant for automotive engines, Motul 300V, using Esters technology from the aeronautical industry. Motul also became the first lubricant company to develop a range of lubricant products specially formulated for Hybrid Vehicles. 

Motul is also renowned for its global motorsport activities with teams and organisers in international competitions such as: 24 Hours of Le Mans, FIA World Endurance Championship, IRC, Drift, GT World Challenge Series, MotoGP, World Superbike, World MX, FIM Endurance World Championship, IOM TT, Rallycross, Dakar Rally and scores of others.
