Universal Honda Ltd, importers of Honda Cars in Ireland, has announced the continued expansion of its dealer network with the appointment of well-known Galway Dealers, Motorpark.

The appointment is the latest in a series of high profile Dealer additions for Honda over the past three years, and takes the total number of Honda dealerships in Ireland to 22.

The appointment of Motorpark Galway gives Honda a very prominent and high profile new home in Galway from which to serve the city and county. One of the oldest Motor Dealerships in the country, Motorpark has been in business in Galway for 102 years and is a well-known name across the country thanks to many years of quality and professional service for their customers.

Based in modern showrooms on the Headford Road, Galway, Motorpark will offer a full range of sales, servicing and parts operations for Honda Cars in the region with a team of 45 staff in the Dealership.

The new addition is the latest in a number of important Dealership appointments as part of an ongoing network investment programme by Honda. Wicklow has seen the appointment of Castle Garage in Bray. In Dublin, Honda increased its presence in the west of the city with the high-profile location of Cranley Cars on the Naas Road. In Kildare, prominent Dealership group, Fitzpatricks, in Kildare town are the new home of Honda in the county. In the Southwest, T. Sheils & Co. have introduced Honda at both their Limerick and Ennis Dealerships. While in Donegal, Highland Motors in Letterkenny are the new location for Honda in the North West.
