MS Motorservice International GmbH has added a new exhaust gas flap module to its product range. The module consists of the proven Pierburg exhaust gas flap (item no. 7.03571.16.0) and the associated exhaust pipe. The new product is characterised above all by its quick and easy mounting process.

The special feature of the new exhaust gas flap module is that the components are already welded together and the module is supplied with the appropriate pipe connectors. These pipe connectors ensure a gas-tight exhaust system, which improves noise emissions and also contributes positively to the durability of the exhaust system. By contrast, other solutions in which the exhaust pipes are fitted such that the pipes overlap and are secured with bracket clamps tend to leak.

The new exhaust gas flap module is also particularly user-friendly to mount. Once the old exhaust gas flap and part of the exhaust pipe have been removed, the new module can be installed quickly and easily. In addition to the enormous time savings, weld-free mounting offers the advantage that the risk of damage from welding can be ruled out.

With this new product, Motorservice makes the work considerably easier for repair shops. To be able to offer its customers additional solutions in the future, Motorservice is planning to further expand its product portfolio of exhaust gas flap modules.
