One of North Dublin’s leading Motor Factors, Multipart Automotive, is on the move as it expands into larger premises to offer more choice and immediate stock availability.

The company, which has been supplying the motor trade since 1993, will be staying in the shadow of Croke Park Stadium, moving from its present premises in Jones Road, 100 yards away to Russell St.

Manager of Multipart, Dave Murphy, says the move has been driven by the need to meet changing customer requirements. He says, “Our analysis has shown that to effectively and immediately meet customer needs, we need to offer a wider range and greater depth of stock.” He adds, “Our new premises are three times bigger than our old building and will not only allow us to do this, but also to offer better customer facilities and product displays.”

Multipart says their aim is to offer just about every service and repair part, from the front bumper to the back tail light, for the top 150 cars, immediately from stock. Dave says, “We want to offer our customer instant access to the parts they need when they need them. Motorists have immediate requirements, so parts availability is now key to many garages. Without this they can lose business, but many other suppliers won’t stock a part and will instead rely on same day or next day delivery from their supplier.” He goes on, “From our new operation, we will be able to offer garages a unique advantage, by holding a wider range and depth of stock, satisfying demand without the inconvenience of waiting time.”
