Magneti  Marelli Parts & Services had a large two story stand in Hall 3 at Automechanika where it introduced many new parts, components and services. This included a special tunnel where visitors could view many of the latest innovations covering sectors such as lighting systems, filters, brake discs and pads and batteries. 

The Magneti Marelli aftermarket range includes many of the same parts as supplied as original equipment to the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. 

One particular highlight was the 12V batteries with ETS and RUN technology. When  compared  to  entry  level  products,  the  ETS  batteries provide 15%  more  power and  have  a  full coverage of the European and Asian vehicle markets. The RUN batteries provide 30%  more  starting  power,  recharge very quickly  and  represent  the  ideal  choice  for  vehicles  with energy-intensive on-board equipment. 

New brake parts were also introduced with products characterised by advanced technologies in terms of materials and production methods and strict compliance with original equipment standards. The brake pads offered by Magneti Marelli Parts & Services are manufactured in European plants with high-quality compounds that, among other things, reduce wear on brake discs and ensure consistent performance throughout their entire lifetime. The quality of the materials used for the brake discs in the range offered by Magneti Marelli Parts & Services ensures superior durability and resistance to heat deformation and is proven by success in rigorous tests of hardness, resistance to traction, performance and noise, thus meeting the standards.
