Skoda Ireland has announced the appointment of a new management team to oversee the future growth of the brand. Zac Hollis has been appointed to the position of Brand Director, John Donegan takes up the position of Head of Sales and Marketing and Deputy Director and Brendan Walsh is the new Aftersales Manager.  

 
The new team’s objective will be to increase Škoda’s marketshare from 5.5% to 7% over the coming year.
 
Hollis began his career within the Volkswagen Group in 1990. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Planning and Reporting with Skoda in the Czech Republic.
 
Prior to his appointment with Škoda, John Donegan held a variety of senior marketing positions with Postbank, Permanent tsb and Ryanair. He was also marketing manager for MG Rover for over six years.
 
Brendan Walsh was Head of Aftersales for Kia Ireland. He also served as Technical Support Engineer with Land Rover Ireland.
