New training workshops at Automechanika

Automechanika Frankfurt has opened registration for a much expanded range of practical training workshops which cover a wide variety of automotive aftermarket subjects.


New areas covered this year include bodywork repair and paintwork, augmented reality, truck competence, diagnostic techniques, classic cars, social media and digital communication. Most workshops are conducted in both German and English and all are free of charge. Certificates are awarded to all who participate.

The workshops for body and paint will cover the latest developments in damage assessment, damage cost calculation and combined joining techniques (bonding, riveting, welding), as well as bodywork, paintwork and the final finish. Bosch will also offer a seminar on Advanced Driver Assistance System calibration and electronic fault diagnosis. Registration can be completed at: workshop-weiterbildung.de/workshops/

Workshops on diagnostics for classic cars car will show how to troubleshoot issues on cars without OBD systems.  Registration can be completed at:  workshop-classiccars.de/workshops/

Augmented reality in the workshop shows how the latest developments in this field can be used to identify issues with defective components and will also feature a course entitled ‘Explaining high-voltage motors using augmented reality’. Register is at: workshop-augmented.de/workshops/

The Social media workshop will show how garages can make effective use social media channels for their business. Course participants will not only be given fundamental information on the modularity of social channels, but will also learn how to properly present their own company and communicate successfully in the digital world.  To register please send an e-mail to info@misteratz.de
