NGK appoints new General Manager

NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd has appointed Marko Wowczyna as its new General Manager for the aftermarket.


Marko has 15 automotive industry experience and moves to NGK from Sogefi where he was UK Sales & Marketing Director. He commented, “I am looking forward to the challenge of joining NGK Spark Plugs” Adding, “The company’s success is based on the high technical quality and availability of its products, the dedication and professionalism of its staff and its industry-leading customer support. However, we cannot afford to rest on our laurels and I will be working hard with the team to make sure that we continue to grow the business in the future.”

Brian Childs, Deputy Managing Director, NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd, said: “I am delighted to welcome someone of the calibre of Marko to NGK. His experience of our product areas and the market-place in general will be invaluable to us and will help us build on our success over the coming years.”
