Long-time Speedway supporter NGK is continuing its sponsorship of the Parrys International Wolverhampton Wolves Speedway team for the 2022 season.

The ignition and sensor specialist will not only be supporting the club’s bid to win the British Premier League but will also sponsor Wolves riders Luke Becker, Drew Kemp and Joe Thompson.

The team sponsorship deal will see NGK’s logo featured on all the team riders’ race suits, around the track, on Eurosport interview boards, and in each home meeting programme. In addition, all the riders will receive NGK paddock mats and chairs.

Californian rider Luke Becker said, “I’m really looking forward to another season with the club. I’ve done two years at Wolves already and have had nothing but good experiences. Riding there has taught me a lot on and off the bike and I believe has formed me into the rider I am now. Even though we didn’t make it into the finals last year, we still had a really successful season finishing towards the top of the league and I’m super hungry to keep building on that moving into the new season.”

Wolves will kick off the new season with a challenge meeting against the ‘Brummies past & present’ on Monday, March 28.
