Team P R Reilly is now offering an expanded range of NGK racing spark plugs which it says offer many unique performance benefits.

For many years Team P R Reilly and NGK Spark Plugs has been firing racing engines throughout Irish motorsport. Building on their knowledge and experience in motor sport the two companies understand that  race teams push their vehicles to the limits. NGK designs every spark plug to withstand severe mechanical and thermal shock associated with these high-revving, high-compression race engines and feature electrode materials and racing configurations for maximum performance.

NGK racing plugs feature electrode materials which include precious metals such as platinum or gold/palladium for greater durability and lower voltage requirements, while electrode configurations feature fine-wire centre electrodes which provide better sparking and enhanced ignitability. Fine-wire ground electrodes further improve the ignitability of the plug. Meanwhile the plugs also have special insulator configurations to improve throttle response.
