No compromises with brake fluid & service equipment by ATE ATE offers a complete range of Brake Fluids

When it comes to safety, brake fluid plays a central role in the braking process and this means it must always offer the appropriate characteristics, such as viscosity values, to withstand the conditions within the vehicle. Premium brake brand ATE by Continental offers an entire range of equipment and brake fluids for optimum fluid servicing.

The ATE range includes six different brake fluids for every need, including its premium brake fluid Super DOT 5.1, which is a perfect fit both for combustion engines and for hybrids and electric vehicles. With its high wet boiling point, of at least 180 °C, and its excellent flowability at ultra-low temperatures, Super Dot 5.1 ensures optimum functionality under high brake loads. In addition, the viscosity value exceeds the specifications for brake fluids of class DOT 5.1. This assures a quick response by the driving safety systems even under very cold operating conditions.

Even the best brake fluids require testing and replacement, especially in the case of older vehicles. The latest generation of the ATE BFCS 300 brake fluid test equipment assists with this task. It uses the thermo-boiling method to measure the boiling point of all common, glycol-based brake fluids. The device then displays the measured temperature value after approximately 30 seconds. There is an integrated optional printer interface, allowing a customer friendly service documentation.

When it comes to replacing the brake fluid, ATE brake bleeding units offer workshops everything they need for the effective bleeding of commonly encountered brake systems. There are eight different units available.

For example, the ATE FB 30 SR state of the art equipment, features innovative EPC technology and an integrated, independent and especially robust pump. This versatile and reliable unit permits all the operations required by modern brake systems.

In contrast, the compact, robust ATE FB 5ev is an all-rounder and therefore the ideal solution for smaller workshops that want to meet all the requirements placed on the filling, flushing and bleeding of modern electronic brake systems. This easy-to-use unit covers all the pressure ranges employed by the leading car manufacturers.
