Otto Car Parts which is renowned for its expertise in the supply of German components is now offering an all makes programme covering all European and Asian manufacturers. The complete portfolio, which features many leading parts brands is available through Otto branches in Tallaght, Swords, Galway and Cork, as well as online at www.otto.ie.

Otto Managing Director, Barry McDowell, commented, “We moved to offer an all makes programme to satisfy existing customer requests. They have come to rely on us for German parts and like the convenience, prices and service we can offer. It was therefore a natural progression to expand our range and provide these customers with the part they need for other non German marques.”

Barry says increasing numbers of customers are now making use of the comprehensive Otto website to identify and purchase parts and he points out that a member of the Otto can visit other interested customers to familiarise them with the site and show them the benefits whenever required.

The Otto delivery fleet remains busy delivering customer orders placed with each branch. Reflecting the progressive nature of the company the fleet is in the process of moving to electric vehicles, with the Tallaght branch now utilising Hyundai and BMW electric vehicles for deliveries. The company also offers a traffic jam beating motorbike delivery service for emergency parts.
