Paul Sharpe has been appointed Aftersales Director of BMW Group Ireland.


In his new role, Paul will be responsible for customer service, technical support, aftersales business development and parts sales across the BMW and MINI retailer networks.

Paul joined BMW Group from Michelin in 2007 as Aftersales Manager before moving on to manage the Group’s Used Car propositions and internal fleet in 2010.

Commenting on the appointment, Paulo Alves, Managing Director, BMW Group Ireland said: "As we continue to see the economic situation in Ireland improve it is essential that BMW Group continues to differentiate itself with exciting new products underpinned by delivering outstanding customer service. Aftersales is a vital component of our premium retail offer and I believe Paul’s wide automotive experience will allow him to further develop this in the future.

Paul Sharpe added: "I am very excited by the potential I see for BMW Group Aftersales in Ireland. I look forward to working closely with the BMW and MINI retail network to grow our aftersales business, introducing new innovative Aftersales programmes and supporting our delivery of market leading customer satisfaction.”
