The Autodata Timing Belt Manual 2012 is now available from local motor factors. The manual is compiled from vehicle manufacturers information and covers petrol and diesel engines for the most popular manufacturers and models over a 10 year period.

Autodata say that it is essential to update old manuals as manufacturers are constantly change their technical information. For example, Renault have increased the inlet camshaft sprocket bolt tightening torque on the 1,6 K4M engine fitted in many Clio, Grand Scenic and Laguna models. Without this vital latest information there is a risk of the bolt becoming loose, causing disastrous and expensive engine damage.

Hundreds of new models have been added to the manual, including:

- Audi TT 2,0S
- Citroen DS3/C4II/DS4/C5III 1,4/1,6 HDi
- Renault Megane III/Scenic/Grand Scenic III 1,9 dCi
- Volvo C30/S60/S80 1,6D and many more

There is also vital revised replacement interval information on, Audi, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Renault, Suzuki and Volvo, plus revised existing installation procedures for Citroen, Ford, Hyundai, Opel, Renault, Vauxhall and Toyota.

The trade Price of this essential guide is 71.50 euro. It is now available from stockists throughout Ireland.
