PEUGEOT Ireland has been announced as the new official car partner to Dublin GAA, in a three-year agreement across all four codes (Senior Football, Senior Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football).

As part of the partnership PEUGEOT will provide a mixture of kit vans and passenger vehicles from its award winning range to Dublin players and teams. An important aspect of the partnership was to provide Dublin teams with greener, efficient vehicles thus, the fleet includes the latest electric and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models such as the 100% electric e208 and e2008, as well as 3008 and 508 PHEVs.

Commenting on the partnership, Des Cannon, Managing Director at Gowan Distributors Limited, PEUGEOT importers in Ireland said: “We are absolutely thrilled to come on board as an official car partner to Dublin GAA. The PEUGEOT brand is a true success story, with over 210 years of heritage and history, which continues to rise to new heights in 2022. We are delighted to partner with Dublin GAA, such a community based organisation. We look forward to supporting the Inter county teams across all four codes and engaging with clubs and their members across the county. We are confident that our award winning line up is a great match for the players and supporters of Dublin GAA.”

Comment from Tomás Quinn, Dublin GAA Commercial and Marketing Manager: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with Peugeot. They are a great brand with a strong history and heritage and most importantly a desire to innovate and succeed – something all Dublin teams can relate to. We look forward to working together over the coming years
