New from Laser Tools is the Universal Wheel Nut Extractor Set which provides a solution for tackling stubborn, damaged rounded-off wheel bolts, or locking wheel nuts or bolts when the key is lost.

Designed to meet the needs of garages, bodyshops, service centres, tyre fitting bays, and roadside recovery drivers, this set (part number 8636), comes in a convenient blow-moulded case for easy storage and transport.

This set is the go-to tool for removing damaged wheel nuts and tackling challenging situations where locking wheel nuts or bolts need to be removed without their key. The user simply fits one of the centring guides (depending on the size of wheel nut or bolt), then drills into the bolt with one of the extra-hard tungsten-steel drill bits supplied. It is then a case of hammering one of the nut extractors into this hole (drift supplied), then simply undoing and removing the wheel nut with the 17mm wheel nut socket in the kit.

Laser say the components in this set are built to last. The external centring guides and drift are crafted from robust chrome molybdenum steel and the special extra-hard drill bits made from tough tungsten steel for hardness and wear resistance.

The set is now available for purchase from your Laser Tools stockists.
