Universal Honda Limited has announced the appointment of Rathdown Motors as Honda Main Dealer with immediate effect.

Rathdown Motors was established in 1984 by Mark Turley and now they celebrate 26 years in business with the addition of the Honda franchise to their offering.  The company was previously a Honda main dealer until 2003 and an after-sales dealer to 2006.

Speaking on Rathown Motors reappointment as Honda Main Dealer, Dealer Principal James Hennessy said:  “It is like coming home – we are delighted to have the Honda brand back in Rathdown Motors and particularly in Terenure. Both Joe Turley (Director) and I have always been passionate about Honda cars – their looks; their build quality and Honda’s advanced technology, and we are very excited to be back with Honda as we enter a new decade…”

Rathdown Motors currently employs 26 people in Sales and the After Sales service and parts departments.
