As part of their ongoing parts pricing programme, Renault Ireland has launched the new 2012 Service Exchange Programme, with great new prices and savings. The new pricing and extended range will greatly reduce repair costs over a wide range of repairs.
With 17 product families covering mechanical, electronic, air-conditioning and brake functions, Renault are able to offer one of the most complete range coverage available from any vehicle manufacturer.
Service Exchange Parts are original parts that have been remanufactured to a high quality. They are specifically aimed at providing a cost effective repair option for vehicles of four years and older.
According to Stephen Simpson, Aftersales Business Development Manager with Renault Ireland, there are many advantages to the Renault Service Exchange Parts programme, such as:
- Optimum value for money – as this programme is intended for vehicles that are aged four years or older, mechanical repairs can cost as little as 50% of the cost of a new part.
- Original Parts – Products are remanufactured to “as new” condition from used mechanical components taken from similar vehicles.
- Optimum quality – These parts benefit from Renault’s experience in design, manufacturing and reliability and also come with the Renault “Genuine Part” label and a one-year warranty.
- Shorter repair time – Replacing an old part is often more efficient than repairing it. The labour time required is therefore reduced and your vehicle will be off the road for less time.
Engine Repairs can be reduced even more with the introduction of the New Short Engine as an option to the complete unit. With the new pricing and extended range of parts Independent repairers can now participate in the programme for support on uneconomical repairs, to reduce the number of vehicles being "scrapped" or written off.
