Ring believes that not only should customers change their bulbs because they are faulty, but they should also be considering upgrading to get better light output and performance. For example, the Ring Xenon130 range will provide 130% increased light on the road, deliver better reflection of road markings and signs, reduce eye strain and increase confidence for night time driving. Such bulbs also offer the added bonus of increased customer satisfaction and a boost to sales revenue.
Other upsell opportunities highlighted by Ring include; Xenon HID Bulbs for improved performance and LED bulbs which use up to 80% less energy than a standard bulb and can last up to five times longer.
Ring can also provide support that garages and factors need for up selling by way of fitting guides, videos and marketing materials.
