Ring Automotive has successfully tailored its operations to ensure it has greater capacity to supply all orders safely for Ring, OSRAM and NEOLUX products.

The company is remaining operational to support the efforts of the health services and the road transport industries across the Ireland, the UK and Europe. Its operations department is running a skeleton crew with strict safety measures in place to allow for the shipment of both emergency orders and other customer orders such as to help ensure key workers requiring essential travel can do so safely.

The team is still available to contact via all usual methods, with working-from-home procedures implemented across a number of departments.

The Ring Carnation brand is also continuing to support to emergency service vehicles as it supplies intelligent switching and power management systems to maintain correct battery power and help to keep essential equipment in operation, including its genisys components and other essential spare parts.

Henry Bisson, marketing manager at Ring, said, “Our main objective is to keep staff and customers safe, while continuing to supply much-needed parts to emergency services and our traditional customer base. As ever, we will send out those orders following strict safety protocols within a reasonable turnaround time.”

He added, “Naturally, alongside our industry bodies, we will continue to review the situation and our policy on a regular basis and will advise customers accordingly.”
