MFK Auto Care, this specialist automotive services and diagnostics company, says that motor trade businesses both locally and from other areas of Ireland are making increasing use of its rolling road tests with ECU remapping service.

Pride at the company workshop in Delvin, Co. Meath is a 2WD Bosch 700bhp Rolling Road. The team at MFK use this advanced system to design, develop and test ECU remaps. It also allows them to make the best custom remaps available to customers for either added performance or increased engine economy.

This partuicular Rolling Road was chosen for due to its high levels of accuracy and its ability to measure power/torque and actual losses. It gives an accurate reading at both the wheels and the flywheel and can accurately measure up to 700bhp at speeds of up to 220mph.

The system has a built in weather station so all parameters are measured, this removes any ability to sway or influence the results.
Before and after rolling road runs are available at €50 for 2WD cars and can be added to any remap on request. It is also possible to utilise the rolling road with no remap for €30.

Bookings and more information are available by calling 087-953-5406.
