Many garages are now recognising fluid exchange as an area of excellent business potential and equipment that makes this task quick and easy was a major feature at Automechanika. One stand that attracted particular attention was from BG Products, who reported lots of interest in their compact BG Xpress equipment range.

This offers small but highly effective exchange equipment suitable for fluid exchange for transmission, cooling systems, power steering and brakes, which allow even the smallest workshops to expand their range of services.

Pat Keating and Ciaran Leyden from BG of Ireland visited the stand to see the latest innovations. Pat said, "BG Xpress units provide the type of premium features and performance that you might expect from much larger units, but are much more compact and economical. They add new fluid while simultaneously removing the old fluid and this is a fast and efficient process that can totally avoid cross contamination issues and all the associated dangers.”

Also on display at the stand was the complete range of BG Products specialist fluid solutions. These fluids and additives can often provide an effective solution to common vehicle system problems and cover areas such as brakes, climate control, fuel systems, transmission, engine, cooling systems and power steering.
