Share:

MKW Motors are proposing to hold IMI formal ATA assessments in the week commencing July 13th.

ATA provides formal recognition of the current competence of professionals working in the motor industry and their commitment to an ethical Code of Conduct. In order to achieve ATA accreditation, the individual is required to pass a series of practical skills and knowledge modules at an approved ATA centre.

Proposed modules for assessment in July are aimed at diagnostic technicians. These are:
- Mechanical System Diagnosis -AOM 062
- Electrical System Diagnosis -AOM 063
- Computer Based Test Equipment –Diagnosis -AOM 064
- Vehicle Safety Systems -AOM 065

There is also an on-line test where candidates are logged in on the IMI website on the assessment day.

MKW say that because this is a holiday period assessments sessions will only be run based on demand. It is therefore important that those who are interested make contact soon so that suitable dates and times can be arranged.

To book assessments and for more information please call Mark at MKW Motors on 01-459-5266 or 087-668-1248.
