The Original Equipment Suppliers Aftermarket Association (OESAA) is thrilled to host Talent Recharge, powered by Autotech Group, at Autoinform Live Dublin, which takes place at the RDS on the 2nd and 3rd April.

Talent Recharge has been created to stimulate a skills conversation, to help automotive businesses devise and deploy successful long-term talent strategies that will inspire new generations of professionals and assure those immersed in the industry that the future is bright and prosperous.

Fresh from its inaugural event, where automotive leaders and prominent speakers from the recruitment sector and other industries facing similar skill shortages, Autotech Group will travel to Dublin to share those opinions, interactive polls and workshops with Autoinform Live delegates.

Talent Recharge will complement the live, hands-on training provided by OEMs at the RDS. Seminars will be offered in the shape of engaging demonstrations, presentations and Q&A sessions, while there will also be opportunities to earn vital IMI-accredited qualifications.

Autotech Group CEO, Gavin White, said, “Every week, we are hearing about the lack of new talent entering the automotive industry and the drain of talent into other sectors. To combat this, Talent Recharge is set to spark conversations surrounding the industry skills shortage, helping organisations share best practice and go away with strategies they can immediately implement. In a bid to keep the conversation going, we are delighted to have the opportunity to share key messaging from the event with Autoinform delegates.”

OESAA Chairman, Nigel Morgan, added, “To have Talent Recharge at Autoinform Live Dublin is a real coup. Its message, passion and determination to bolster industry professionals’ skill and mindsets is vitally important at a time when technicians and workshop owners are looking for guidance and a steer as to how to protect and bolster their business, both in the short and long-term. Autotech Group’s presence, along with OEMs, suppliers and renowned industry figureheads all lined up, means the event in Dublin is shaping up to be one of our best and most important to date – we urge those sitting on the fence to book now to avoid missing out!”

Both weekend – including a seat at the evening dinner – and single day tickets are still available to purchase HERE.
