Toyota Ireland has announced the appointment of Paul Murray to the role of Aftersales Director.

In his new role, Paul will lead Toyota and Lexus aftersales divisions which are responsible for the development and roll-out of best-practice aftersales programmes across both Dealer Networks.

Paul joins Toyota from BMW Group Ireland where, in 2008, he assumed the role of Aftersales Director, responsible for customer service, technical support, aftersales business development and parts sales.  From 2008 until recently, Paul was working closely with the BMW and MINI dealer network to grow their aftersales offering and improve the customer experience. Paul is a graduate of Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.

Steve Tormey Chief Executive, Toyota Ireland said: "We are delighted to welcome Paul on board as Aftersales Director and wish him every success in his new role. The quality of aftersales service is one of the defining factors affecting customer retention and brand loyalty. Paul has a wealth of valuable experience to bring to both Toyota and Lexus and we're looking forward to working with him as we grow and enhance our aftersales offering.
