Long-time TRICO-sponsored GT star, Sarah Moore is entered for the upcoming round of the BritCar Dunlop Endurance E-Series.
The Tockwith Motorsport and W Series racer, who was a BritCar Series champion in 2018 in her TMS-TRICO Ginetta, has joined the growing band of E-Racers, to keep her driving skills honed and as an outlet for her competitive instincts. BritCar, like many other championships, has introduced a virtual version of the real-life series, while the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the temporary closure of Race Circuits.
Sarah took part in the first two races of the series in an unliveried car finishing in the top 15 in both. The TRICO livery has now been virtually replicated for the next online race. Sarah commented, “I am excited to be taking part in the BritCar Dunlop Endurance E-Series, and what makes it even better is that I can race in my 2019 TRICO-supported livery. Our 2019 livery is by far my favourite livery to date, as I love the classic look. Sim racing is fairly new to me and I still have a fair amount to learn, but I’m just happy to be doing some form of racing in one of my favourite cars with my favourite livery!”
Races will be streamed live on BritCar’s YouTube Channel and Sarah will also be sharing the action across her social media platforms.
TRICO’s Senior Brand & Product Manager, Sam Robinson, commented, “Obviously, we would have hoped to see Sarah and the TRICO Ginetta in action in the regular season, but this is most certainly the next best thing. TRICO is delighted to be part of the BritCar season with Sarah and her Tockwith team. So, whether Silverstone is real-life or virtual, we wish her every success for 2020.”
The BritCar Dunlop Endurance E-Series racing at Silverstone will go live on May 14th and will feature practise, qualifying and racing.
