Remy Automotive has made available a new electric steering column poster designed to introduce technicians to this important new technology and to explain how simple they are to install.

Electric steering is now fitted to 80% of new vehicles and is the preferred steering technology with vehicle manufacturers. Remy says, pre-programmed, quality remanufactured columns represent a fantastic growth opportunity for independent garages, with all that is required is an up-to-date diagnostic tool to capitalise.

Until recently, replacing an electrically powered steering column was predominantly a ‘dealer part only’.
