Five members of the Windsor Motors Aftersales team, are the first in Europe to achieve a Professional Management Diploma awarded by the IMI.
This two year Diploma enables the organisation to develop effective strategies to improve business performance, through the work of skilled individuals and teams, demonstrating Windsor Motors commitment to customer service and the future of their business.
Paul Dolan, Group Aftersales Manager, one of the recipients of the Diploma commented, “Through achieving this Diploma, our staff can now provide a higher standard of customer service and efficiency to our customers. Our people are our greatest asset and we aim to provide the right knowledge, skills and motivation for them to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. We aim to retain our customers through value for money and excellent customer service and this Diploma gives our manager’s the additional skills to achieve this goal”.
