Yuasa Battery Sales will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Automechanika 2012 exhibition from 11th to 16th September, in Frankfurt with an emphasis on new battery technology, training and specialist equipment.
The company will be especially highlighting the importance of education and training in the aftermarket as vehicle electrics become ever more complex and the market becomes increasingly challenging and competitive. There will be new battery technology on display from the Yuasa automotive and motorcycle ranges alongside two new automotive battery conductance analysers designed to support important tests as part of the overall battery management process.
The Yuasa training schemes aim to support the company's customer base by providing an opportunity for them to become familiar with the brand, products, future opportunities and new battery technology. Education and training in the aftermarket has become an essential need as today's power hungry vehicles require new technology, high performance batteries which have different characteristics to normal batteries. These advances have raised more questions and raised new problems when trying to accurately test a battery for both SOC (state-of-charge) and SOH (state-of-health) and the manufacturer education provided by Yuasa is intended to address these issues.
Also on show will be the new MDX-617 and 617P custom made analyser solutions that offer users the opportunity to increase revenues and enable significant cost savings. These innovative analysers have been developed for automotive service needs and can be used with multiple battery technologies including AGM, Gel, lead-acid and spiral.
Yuasa will also be showing products from its line of automotive and motorcycle aftermarket batteries including the latest AGM technology batteries, Elite, Professional, Cargo, Cargo HD, Classic and LeisureLine ranges.
The company will be exhibiting on stand B24 in hall 3.1.
