International motorsport insurance broker, MIS Motorsport, has been unveiled as the new sponsor of the Champions of Irish Motorsport Awards 2019.


Over the last 15 years MIS Motorsport has grown to become the leading provider of motorsport insurance solutions around the world. From Formula 1 to karting, World Rally Championship to club competitions. The company offers a complete range of insurance products designed to match the unique requirements of competitive motorsport. MIS Motorsport provides cover for drivers, teams, manufacturers, organisations / governing bodies and accident damage to cars while competing.

The MIS Motorsport Champions of Irish Motorsport Awards 2019 will celebrate the success of the most talented drivers in Irish motorsport. The ceremony will take place in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin, on 10th December.

More than 30 prestigious trophies will be presented to Irish drivers competing both domestically and internationally. The highlight of the event will be the presentation of the prestigious Billy Coleman Award, the Sexton Trophy and the International Driver of the Year award.

More than 200 guests will attend the awards, including award winners and nominees, senior officials from Sport Ireland, Motorsport Ireland, chairpersons of affiliated clubs, and members of the media. RTE presenter, commentator and reporter, John Kenny will once again MC this ceremony.
