The Festool electric sanding system, offers the customer many ways to save money and increase productivity, as well as work in a clean and healthy environment.

By using the electric sanding system, the bodyshop saves money by only using electricity whilst the tool is running. The dust extractor is operated by an auto start for the sander, which is also only using electricity whilst in operation. Additionally, by using an electric system, there is no need to empty the electric thirsty compressor and then risk a drop of air pressure in the spray booth.

Festools ceramic ‘Granat’ abrasive discs, also lets the bodyshop enjoy more cost savings, by allowing the operator to work on repairs in only 4 sanding steps. The long life ‘Granat’ disc, is also supported by an abrasive storage box which sits on top of the extractor, allowing the operator to manage his waste and be able to use the used ‘Granat’ abrasive many times on other jobs.
