SEAT Ireland are celebrating year on year sales growth of 11% with 2,419 vehicle registrations in 2014.

This figure is a significant increase on last year’s figures with SEAT having achieved 2,190 registrations in 2013 which represented a 62% increase in sales. The figures mean that SEAT is continuing to perform excellently in the Irish market and is consistently increasing its sales.

Driving SEAT’s success in 2014 are the SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Leon 5DR’s which continue to be very strong performers for the brand with sales of the Leon 5 Door up 42% while sales of the Ibiza 5 Door have increased by 29%. Meanwhile, the SEAT Mii, SEAT Toledo, the SEAT Alhambra and all the new SEAT Leon Sports Tourer also performed very well in 2014.

Neil Dalton, Head of Marketing and Product at SEAT Ireland said; “2014 has been another remarkable year for SEAT. Following last year’s phenomenal success, we set ourselves the target of matching that success and if possible going beyond that and I feel we have achieved that. The challenge for us now is to maintain the brand’s sustained growth which I am confident we will.”

As well as consistent commitment to product development and attractive finance offers, SEAT Ireland has also invested considerably to improve its dealer network which now includes an impressive 22 dealers across Ireland.
