Ring’s MP:120 Inverter has won a Best Buy award from Pro Driver Magazine, a publications aimed at the chauffer and private hire sector.
The inverter was put through its paces charging a MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPhone, as well as a Canon camera battery, first charging one at a time, then all together to see if it could handle the demand. It was rated against nine other inverters, all of which had the same tests.
The MP:120 came out on top, with the review saying that, “This easy to store device from Ring is probably all the power you need”. The tester praised the “steady voltage output” that was able to power all the devices at once with ease. The review concluded that the “keen price makes it a winner” and awarded the product five stars.
The inverter is part of Ring’s range of in-car devices that are designed to make motoring work for modern life. The Powersource RINVU150 also did well, and was praised as a more powerful option and ideal for those needing a power source in the back seat. It received four stars.
