A sticky future for bodyshops as car makers look to lose weight

In the rush to make cars lighter as they look to conform to tougher emission regulations, vehicle manufacturers are increasingly looking to industrial adhesives as a bonding alternative to welded parts and panels. The Audi R8 is a prime example of how this technology is now filtering into the market and it will soon be something seen on vehicles in every market segment.
