Audi Ireland has today announced that Andrew Doyle will step down as managing director of Audi Ireland. Doyle who was appointed managing director of Audi Ireland in 2010, will take up a new position as managing director of Audi Australia at the end of February 2013.

The recruitment of Doyle's successor is currently underway and this appointment will be announced in coming weeks.

Andrew Doyle, managing director Audi Ireland said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my years at Audi Ireland and it has been a pleasure working with the team here both on a professional and personal level."

I am confident that Audi will continue to flourish in Ireland and I wish my successor and the team at Audi Ireland every success in 2013. It has been a hugely fulfilling experience and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead of me in my native country of Australia."
