Over 220 technicians attended AutoInform Live, the independent garage trade training event which took place in Wolverhampton on the last weekend in November. Organised in conjunction with the Original Equipment Suppliers Aftermarket Association (OESAA) the two day event provided an opportunity for delegates to get information on fast changing automotive technology from many of the industry’s leading OE suppliers. A very sizeable contingent of those attending came from Ireland, reflecting the progressive nature of many independent Irish garages.

The event used a mixture of classroom training and workshop based practical sessions on live vehicles, with each delegate given their own unique programme of seminars based on their preference. There were also product displays and information and demonstrations from the OESAA member suppliers. Feedback from all who attended was extremely positive both in terms of the training and the opportunity to socialise at Saturday’s Gala dinner.
