Key bearing kit additions from FAG

Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket continues to make significant additions to its FAG wheel bearings kits range with 40 new kits introduced over the past year. Recent high profile additions include kits for the Opel Astra and Mercedes and BMW models.


The new kits cover the Astra Mk V1 (J) 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 1.7 CDTi and 2.0 CTDi, 12/2009-, which completes the FAG Astra offering, and front kits for the Mercedes A Class 180 CDi and B Class 180 CDi, 2011-, and BMW 5 Series 518d, 520d, 530d and 525d (F10, F18, F11), 03/2010-.

There’s also an addition for the Light Commercial Vehicle range with a rear wheel bearing kit to fit the Ford Transit Custom 2.2 TDCi, 04/2012-.

Malcolm Short, Technical Services Manager for Schaeffler comments, “The FAG range continues to expand to offer a complete solution for a wide range of vehicles being worked on by independent garages. We will add further to the range throughout 2016 to deliver an even more comprehensive offering for our distributors and their garage customers.”
