WIX Filters are entering their third season as title sponsors of the WIX Racing Mercedes A-Class Team in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) championship and this year the car has a fresh new look.

The new livery takes inspiration from the WIX Filters Global Rallycross car, driven by Nelson Piquet Jr, which with its bold and predominant design will make the WIX Racing Mercedes A-Class, driven by Adam Morgan, stand out amongst the rest of the field.

WIX designs, manufactures and distributes filtration products for the automotive market and uses motorsports as a gruelling testing ground for scenarios involving high temperatures, fluctuations in pressure and rapid breakdown of engine oil.

The high level motorsport branding fits in well with the WIX brand having had such a rich motorsport heritage throughout its 76 year history including a leading role in NASCAR, as well as World Rallycross. “We had fantastic results in 2015 with 7 podiums including a win at Thruxton and now the whole team is look to build on that by going for the Independents trophy” said Marketing Coordinator Anton Spires.

You can follow WIX Racing on various forms of social media; Twitter (@wixracinguk), Facebook (/wixracinguk) or on Instagram (@wixracinguk)
The season kicks off on April 2nd at Brands Hatch.
