First Line has introduced a new range of Oil Sumps and Sump Plugs to meet growing aftermarket demand.

These under vehicle components can be easily damaged by speed humps, potholes and road debris. Even minor damage can lead to subsequent corrosion that is caused by impact damage to the protective finish, leading to the need for replacement.

To meet rising demand First Line has introduced a premium quality range of Oil Sumps and Sump Plugs, manufactured to original equipment specification. The range already consists of 10 part numbers, which cater for the most common vehicles and includes the aluminium sump for the VAG 1.9TDI, both with and without the oil sensor provision, and the Fiat 500/Opel Corsa 1.3TD.

The use of aluminium or steel is dependent on the OE fitment, with all steel sumps having a powder coating, which provides the extra resistance needed against corrosion and ensures the longevity of the component. In addition, all First Line Oil Sumps include a pre-fitted Sump Plug and are gasket free, although separate Sump Plugs are available in on their own if needed.

These products are available from motor factors nationwide.
