New INA Over Running Alternator Pulleys for Toyota, Hyundai and Kia

The latest batch of INA tensioner parts released into the aftermarket by Schaeffler includes six new Over Running Alternator Pulleys for popular Toyota, Hyundai and Kia models.


The new OAPs part numbers are for:

• Lexus IS II 200d, 220d, 2005-,
• Auris, Avensis, Corolla, RAV-4 II,
• Verso, 2.0D-4D and 2.2D-4D, 2005-,
• HiAce 2.5 D-4D 2001-,
• Land Cruiser 3.0D, 2002-
• Yaris 1.3, 2006-,
• Hyundai i20, ix20, i30, ix35 1.1CRDi, 1.4CRDi, 1.6CRDi and 1.7CRDi, 2008-
• Kia Rio, Soul, Sportage 1.1CRDi, 1.4CRDi, 16CRDi and 1.7CRDi, 2009-.

Every fifth car driving on the world’s roads are fitted with an OAP, which is an integral part of the Front End Auxiliary Drive system (FEAD) and is designed to absorb vibrations and fluctuations in the FEAD.

INA has also introduced FEAD belt deflection pulleys for the Mercedes C-Class C180, C220, C250, E200, E220 and E250 and Sprinter 210, 310, 213, 313, 216, 316 and 516, and Vito and Viano 2.2CDi, 2008-, with a FEAD belt tensioner also being introduced for vehicles that include the VAG Up, Mii and Citigo,1.0, 2011-.

Malcolm Short, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Technical Services Manager, said, “The INA parts recently released into the independent automotive aftermarket cover both European and Far Eastern models from city cars through to some of the most popular saloons and light commercial vehicles, including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.” He added, “We produce original equipment (OE) INA parts for many of the leading vehicle manufacturers whose models are worked on by independent garages on a daily basis and will continue to expand the range throughout 2014.”
