Gates will unveil its latest belt innovation at the Automechanika show in Frankfurt this September. An all new Micro-V belt designed will be introduced that has been specially engineered for today's powerful and downsized engines. The belt is designed to run silently, with greater stability and unparalleled flexibility. Automechanika will be the launch platform for this new and advanced multi-ribbed belt, with a full roll out to distributors and garages taking place in the following months.

Gates will also be highlighting how its range offers a one stop solution for all accessory belt drive system needs, with a line up that includes; DriveAlign tensioners, torsional vibration dampers and overrunning alternator pulleys. The continuously growing range of timing belt kits including a water pump will also feature prominently on the stand. With these kits, installers are able to perform a full overhaul of the timing belt drive, the best way to guarantee a safe and well performing system.

Gates will also be able to demonstrate its impressive technical support programme including training seminars, technical bulletins and a new extensive troubleshooting manual. Visitors to the stand will be able to attend on the spot technical training sessions during which installation methods and tips will be explained in depth.

The Gates stand is located at B91 in Hall 2.
