Ayce Systems, the supplier of alloy wheel repair systems, consumables, training and support, has introduced a new fast and effective alloy wheel lacquer. The advanced cure Solaq Diamond UV Lacquer offers ultra fast 4 minute drying.

The specialist UV cured clearcoat has been exclusively developed by Ayce Systems for the diamond cut wheel refinishing market. The product features direct adhesion to bare aluminium and is a non-isocyanate high gloss single coat application lacquer with high scratch and chip resistance.

The lacquer is supplied in a 5 litre kit including 4 litres of lacquer and 1 litre of adhesion promoter used in a 80:20 mix. It is fully cured in just 4 minutes using UV curing technology. Once cured it can be immediately polished by hand or machine. The cured clear coat is resistant to solvents such as wheel acids and can be power washed immediately after drying.
