Somora underlines parts and panels quality
Share:

Body repair product specialist Somora has underlined the quality of its body repair parts and body panels, with the introduction of two quality initiatives, a Limited Lifetime Guarantee and Matching Quality Certification.

Somora offers a comprehensive range of body panels and bumpers, which provide bodyshops with high quality replacements and excellent value for money. The use of these parts can often enable a repair where the more expensive use of manufacturer parts may mean a vehicle write-off.

Most of the products available in the Somora range have been certified by global industry bodies such as Thatcham in the UK, TUV in Germany, CZ in Spain or CAPA in the US. These products will now also come with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee and Certificate of Matching Quality from Somora, providing bodyshops with further reassurance on their quality and durability.

The Limited Lifetime Guarantee means that panels and bumpers supplied are guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle to which they are fitted, whilst it remains under the same ownership.

The Somora Certificate of Matching Quality Parts, means that the certified approved crash repair parts are quality matching parts, conforming to EU Vehicle Block Exemption Regulations 461/2010 Article 17, EU Supplementary Guidlelines 2010/C 138/05 Articles 18 & 20 and BSI Publicly Available Specifications BS10125:2014 + A1:2016 Paragraph 3.5.1 sections C & D. As such these parts can be fitted to newer cars without any interference with the vehicle warranty.

The Somora certified body panels and bumpers range are available from a nationwide network of 400 motor factors.
