Strongline Autoparts Ltd. has won the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award 2010. At a Gala Awards Symposium held on Friday 5th March at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin and attended by An Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen T.D., Strongline was named as one of Ireland's Best Managed Companies.

The independent judging panel, chaired by Denis Brosnan, reviewed a broad range of criteria including strategy, capability, commitment, financials and growth potential across all key functions of the business. Given the turbulent economic environment, the judging panel recognised that business and management success can no longer simply be measured by increased sales, profit or turnover.  For that reason, a holistic view of the companies, their performance in relation to their peers, and the industries that they are operating in was considered in order to determine management success.

"We are delighted to receive this accolade," said David MacNeaney, M.D. of Strongline. "As a profitable and growing indigenous Irish company, we are very proud of our success during a very challenging time for the Motor Industry and the economy in general. This achievement recognizes the commitment and dedication of the Strongline management team and staff.”
